Billing, cancellation & refunds
How crypto and card payments work, and how to request help when something goes wrong.
Crypto Premium — one-time payment
Price: €19.99 equivalent for 30 days. You pay the cryptocurrency amount displayed by NOWPayments when creating the invoice. Exchange rates, network fees and supported coins may vary. Crypto access does not auto-renew; a new payment is required to extend it.
Crypto confirmation and expiry
Access begins only after NOWPayments reports a completed payment and the server independently validates the order. An invoice in “pending” state does not grant Premium. Additional paid periods can extend from the current valid expiry date, as the service logic allows. Avoid duplicate payment attempts while a transaction is pending.
Card subscription, where available
Card billing may be provided through Stripe as a separate recurring monthly subscription. Its price, renewal interval, applicable taxes and cancellation conditions are displayed at checkout. If available, you can manage it through the account billing portal. Canceling renewal normally does not erase an already-paid access period.
Withdrawal and statutory remedies
Consumer law may provide a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts, subject to specific rules for digital content or services. Starting access immediately does not automatically remove your rights: any applicable exception requires the legal conditions and necessary express acknowledgements. Rights for defective or unavailable digital services remain available under mandatory law.
How to request a refund
Email rosuteodorg@yahoo.com with your account email, transaction reference, date, payment channel and explanation. Do not send wallet private keys or bank/card credentials. The request will be assessed under applicable law and the provider’s technical constraints; a crypto payment is not automatically non-refundable simply because it is on-chain.
Dispute resolution
First contact support for an amicable resolution. You retain access to applicable consumer protection and alternative-dispute procedures. The former EU ODR website was closed in 2025; we do not direct you to an obsolete dispute portal.
