Please read these terms before creating an account or buying Premium.
1. Scope
NEXUS Scores provides a web-based informational service for upcoming football fixtures, results and probabilistic pre-match analysis. Use of the website is subject to these terms and applicable mandatory consumer law.
2. Accounts
Provide a valid email, protect your password and use your own account. Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits, access other users’ data, abuse the service or automate excessive requests. We may restrict abusive use as permitted by law.
3. Statistical nature
Analyses are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, delayed, unavailable or incomplete. They do not promise final scores, profits or success in wagering. NEXUS Scores is not a betting operator and does not accept stakes.
4. Free features and paid Premium
Free access may permit up to five distinct eligible analyses daily. Premium provides further access to available analyses; it does not guarantee analysis for every fixture. Crypto Premium is offered as a single payment of €19.99 equivalent for a 30-day access term with manual renewal. Where the separate card subscription is available, it is recurring with the price and renewal terms displayed before payment.
5. Payment confirmation
Crypto Premium only starts after successful independent verification of the payment provider’s confirmation. A checkout return screen, an unpaid invoice, a pending transfer or a browser screenshot is not proof of settlement. Do not pay an invoice more than once.
6. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
Payment method, renewal arrangements, consumer withdrawal rights and complaint procedures are described in Billing & refunds. We do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Data and intellectual property
Match data belongs to its respective data providers and licensors. NEXUS Scores branding, layout and original software are protected where applicable. Do not resell, scrape or redistribute provider data without authorization. See Privacy.
8. Availability and changes
Service uptime, fixtures and data coverage are not guaranteed. We may change or discontinue features with appropriate notice and without prejudicing mandatory rights under an existing purchase.
9. Support and applicable law
Contact rosuteodorg@yahoo.com for service and payment issues. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence are not displaced by these terms. The legally identified trader and its address must be added to the public site before commercial launch.
