Privacy notice
A transparent summary of the personal information required to operate NEXUS Scores.
1. Controller and contact
For privacy requests, write to rosuteodorg@yahoo.com. The operator must confirm and publish its full legal identity and registered address before commercial launch; this contact does not replace those mandatory disclosures.
2. Information we process
When you create an account: email address, login and authentication identifiers, account language, and security-related records. When you use analyses: eligible fixture selections, unlock/quota data and account status. When you pay: order IDs, amount, currency, provider status and plan period. The payment provider processes payment details. We do not ask for crypto seed phrases or private keys.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use account and purchase data to provide the requested service and fulfill a contract; transaction records to meet legal obligations; reasonable security and fraud-prevention information based on legitimate interests; and optional analytics or marketing only if implemented with an appropriate legal basis and consent when required.
4. Service providers
Depending on the features used, data may be processed by Supabase (identity and database), Cloudflare (website hosting and security), API-Football or other sports-data sources for match information, NOWPayments (crypto invoices), and Stripe (card subscriptions where offered). External fonts may be requested from Google Fonts. Their privacy notices apply to their own processing.
5. Storage and retention
Account records are generally retained while your account is active, then deleted or anonymized after a valid deletion request unless necessary for security, disputes or statutory recordkeeping. Payment and accounting records may need to be retained under law. Provider logs may have their own retention periods. The operator should publish an exact retention schedule after confirming service configuration.
6. Transfers and safeguards
Some processors or service providers may process information outside the EEA. Any applicable international transfer must be supported by lawful transfer arrangements. Precise transfer locations and safeguards should be confirmed with each provider before commercial launch.
7. Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent where used. Email rosuteodorg@yahoo.com. You can also complain to your competent data-protection authority.
8. No automated decisions with legal effects
Football model probabilities are about matches, not profiling customers for legally significant decisions. No customer credit scoring or automated legal decisions are described by the current service.
