Delete your account
You can request erasure of your NEXUS Scores account and associated personal data.
How to make a request
Send an email from your registered address to rosuteodorg@yahoo.com with the subject Delete my NEXUS Scores account. Include only the email address associated with the account; do not send your password.
What happens next
Support may verify control of the account, process the deletion request and confirm the outcome. The process is not automatic from this page. Appropriate legal retention of invoices, payment evidence and abuse-prevention records may continue where legally required.
Subscription and payment records
Before requesting erasure, review recurring card subscriptions in your account if that facility is available. A deletion request is not a payment refund, and crypto transactions cannot be reversed on-chain by deleting your account. See Billing & refunds.
